This 31-year-old gentleman from Scottsdale, AZ presented with a defect of his ear after being bitten by a dog. Ear reconstruction to recreate his normal ear contour was performed including local tissue flap reconstruction. He reports no functional deficit following his reconstruction and is very pleased with the appearance of his ear with good symmetry.
