This 42-year-old woman was seen and desired improved appearance of her upper eyelids. She underwent a bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Postoperative photographs at 3 months following this procedure shows improved contour and a rejuvenated appearance of her eyes. She is extremely happy with the appearance of her results.
